1. About Us
Amruthaa Foods sells homemade-style traditional food products including laddus, snacks, sweets, vegetarian pickles, and non-vegetarian pickles. [FSSAI License No: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX]
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to show product images, descriptions, and weights accurately. Because our products are food items, slight variations in colour, shape, size, taste, and texture may occur between batches. Images are for representation only.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of placing the order applies.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation, for Cash on Delivery orders, if offered). We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
6. Payments
We accept payments through Razorpay, including UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payments are processed over a secure connection. In case of payment failure where money is debited, the amount is usually reversed to your account by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
These are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our products are perishable food items, returns are accepted only in the cases described there.
9. Food Safety and Allergens
- Our products may contain or come into contact with nuts, ghee, milk, sesame, gluten, spices, and other allergens. Please check the product description and ingredients before ordering.
- Non-vegetarian pickles are prepared separately from vegetarian products. [Confirm with the client]
- Please check the “best before” date mentioned on the pack. Consume products within the stated period and store them as instructed on the label.
- Customers with allergies or medical conditions should read ingredients carefully and consult a doctor if needed.
10. User Account and Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for providing accurate name, address, and phone details. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, belongs to Amruthaa Foods and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amruthaa Foods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or pandemics.
14. Governing Law
